It appears that Mu’jam Al-Buldan (معجم البلدان) is originally a famous geographical encyclopedia written by Yaqut al-Hamawi, not Dr. Ghulam Jilani Barq. If Dr. Ghulam Jilani Barq has written a book with a similar title, I couldn’t find any record of it.
